Here are the top stories today in Boise:
- A quick trip for Boise residents is a drive to the Sun Valley/Ketchum area. One stop for visitors soon to be no more will be a stop at Antique Alley. KIVI-TV republishes an article by BoiseDev reporter Autumn Robertson of a historic 1800s church to be replaced by office buildings and condominiums. The former Baptist church for the area, now home to Antique Alley, will soon be torn down in the name of progress. (Idaho News 6 Boise Twin Falls)
- A 2020 study shows 1 in 54 children in the U.S. have some form of autism. KTVB-TV staff report a new autism treatment center recently opened in Meridian operated by 360 Behavioral Health. The new center is using customized goal-focused plans for each individual and are designed to increase functional language and communication, improve skills related to attention and focus, and decrease problem behaviors. Under Idaho law, insurance coverage is mandated to help cover costs for autism treatment. (KTVB.com)

- The area around the Boise Airport will soon see more than 1.1 million square feet of new distribution, warehouse, and manufacturing companies. BoiseDev reporter Autumn Robertson writes the City of Boise entered into a lease with Boise-based Adler Industrial to develop land near the airport. The plan will add 31 new buildings on more than 80 acres of Airport-owned land. (boisedev)
