- A female inmate apparently did not want to wait until 2033 for her freedom. CBS2-TV news staff write the Idaho Department of Correction is seeking Cheri Lee Mayo who walked away from an East Boise Correctional Center on Sunday. A photo of Mayo is included in the story. (Idaho News)
- A high-ranking executive has chosen Boise over Trump. BoiseDev senior reporter Margaret Carmel reports Eric Danziger is leaving his post as the CEO of Trump Hotels to take over Boise-based investment firm Braintree. (boisedev.com)

- Your local librarian could face criminal charges if the Idaho Legislature goes forward with House Bill 666. The Idaho Capital Sun's Clark Corbin explains the bill would criminalize librarians for “disseminating material harmful to minors.” Supporters of the bill state libraries are no longer a safe place for children, citing one book that depicted a romance between a prince and a knight who slay a dragon together. - Refashion the Closet: A Community Pop-up Rummage Event will take place on Tuesday. This is a chance to find clothing to use/embellish your fashion. (11 a.m.)
- Over the past 6 weeks, military members, veterans, and their spouses have been refining their business ideas as part of the Mission43 Entrepreneur Course. As a culmination of the course, these 17 budding entrepreneurs are ready to pitch their idea in a shark-tank style format. Join Venture College and Mission43 to support these entrepreneurs as many of them present their business for the first time publicly. (5:30 p.m.)
- Boise High School will hold a Guitar Spring Concert Tuesday evening. (7 p.m.)
