An inmate is dead after a fight at the prison just outside of Boise and a California representative is pushing for you to be paid overtime for hours worked after 32.   1. An inmate at the Idaho State Correctional Institution appears to have beaten to death according to a story by CBS2 news staff. Gerald B. Cummings Jr. was found "unresponsive with injuries that appeared consistent with a beating" after a fight early Saturday morning. (Idaho News)
  2. A California representative is pushing for your work week to be reduced to 32 hours. LITE-FM's Hannah writes Mark Takano of California will introduce a bill mandating overtime pay for any hours worked over 32. (liteonline)
  3. After a recent act of vandalism on the Boise Greenbelt, KTVB's Morgan Romero reports the Boise Parks and Recreation Department wants to add additional cameras near the Ann Frank Memorial. (KTVB)
  4. A request for an online charter school targeting at-risk students across the state has been denied by the Idaho Public Charter Commission. Supporters of the Virtual Preparatory Academy of Idaho were questioned for over an hour according to IdahoEdNews reporter Devin Bodkin before the idea was nixed. (idahoednews)
