- This weekend will be the final days you can walk your pooch unleashed in two Boise parks. KTVB-TV staff announce beginning Tuesday, March 1, dogs will need to be on leashes at Ann Morrison Park and the Optimist Youth Sports Complex. (KTVB.com)
