- As it is September and fall is here, the event to attend in Boise is Art in the Park. You can start shopping beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday and continue until 8 p.m. (Idaho News)
- Boise tech giant Micron announced last week the big news of expansion in our local city. The news did not come as a surprise to city officials as Micron and the City of Boise have operated under a non-disclosure agreement since 2004 according to BoiseDev editor Don Day. The agreement, signed by former Mayor Dave Bieter, has no expiration date. Under the agreement, city staff can take information from Micron, but disclose none of it publicly. (boisedev.com)
- The technology world is abundant with terms and phrases some of us may not know. Boise Patch and the City of Boise help you out, explaining the terminology of "phishing," "spear phishing," "vishing," "smishing," "catfishing," and "money mule." (Boise Patch)
- If you are a Netflix fan, could an upcoming three-part documentary series impact your possible juror's decisions in an upcoming local trial? KTVB-TV's Shirah Matsuzawa examines "Sins of Our Mother," the docu-series highlighting Lori Vallow, who is charged with killing her two Rexburg kids, Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan and whose trial is scheduled to begin in Boise in January 2023. (KTVB)
- In 2018, Americans chose to sit at their desk and not take a vacation adding up to 768 million vacation days. LITE-FM's Michelle Heart urges Boise residents to take one or two of those 768 million days and stay right here in Boise. One Airbnb near the Greenbelt is waiting for a staycation, offering a heated saltwater pool, oversized fire pit, outdoor kitchen and an outdoor bar. (107.9 LITE FM)
