  1. The horses will not be bucking in Kuna. CBS2 news staff report due to death threats received, the Kuna Rodeo has been canceled. (idahonews)
  2. As a reporter for many years, I can safely say school board meetings are typically pretty dry. The highlight is students presenting before the board a project or announcement of "student of the month." Not so in Monday evening's Caldwell School Board meeting. IdahoEdNews reporter Carly Flandro provides insight into the threats, a meeting called off, and police protection of board members all instigated by adults, not the students of the district. Included in the article is a link to watch the meeting. (idahoednews)
  3. To an older generation, he was the start of sitting down and watching Monday Night Football. LITE-FM's Kevin Miller announces Hank Williams Jr. is coming to Nampa later this year. (liteonline)
  4. The Nampa Police Department is releasing little information, but KTVB-TV staff report a Nampa woman has been found dead inside an apartment on Monday and the case is considered a homicide. A caller alerted police to the residence on 1st Street North in Nampa after not hearing from the resident for some time. No suspect has been named. (KTVB)
  5. Eagle residents now can be clean and even watch how their soap is made. BoiseDev reporter Anna Daly writes the Idaho Soap Company now has a storefront and manufacturing facility in Eagle off State Street. This is your chance to watch and purchase soaps with Idaho-themed names like Idaho Huckleberry, Sawtooth Sunrise, Three Rivers, and North Fork. (boisedev)
