Downtown Boise will be full of news people in January, 2023 as the time has been agreed upon for the Chad Daybell and Lori Vallow Daybell trial. A Meridian man is in custody after running and being found with narcotics and a large amount of cash. Harry Potter is back on the big screen for a short time and Pillsbury is bringing back a tasty breakfast roll. Finally, Michael Vaughn is still missing from Fruitland.

- The trial for Chad Daybell and his wife Lori will take place in Ada County starting in January, 2023. KLIX radio's Nate Bird reports the two sides agreed on the January time frame. Chad Daybell and Lori Daybell (Vallow) are being charged with murdering two of Lori's children, Tylee Ryan and J.J. in 2019. Chad is also facing charges for the murder of his previous wife, Tammy. Lori is being charged with conspiracy to murder her previous husband. In August prosecutors announced they planned to seek the death penalty for Chad Daybell. Lori was found incompetant to stand trial in prior meetings. (News Radio 1310 KLIX)
- A Meridian man's parole is not going so well. CBS2 news staff write Gilbert Garza attempted to run from parole officers and police. Garza's apartment was subsequently searched and found was four ounces of meth, two ounces of suspected cocaine and fentanyl tablets (though they are awaiting confirmation from the state lab). - LITE-FM's Michelle Heart has good news for Hogwarts fans. Harry Potter fans can see the movies in theaters for an upcoming two nights only. (liteonline.com)
