- Tuesday, May 17 was primary election day across Idaho, including the districts in Boise. For the complete unofficial results, we visited the Idaho Capital Sun as politics is their business. Statewide winners include Brad Little, Debbie Critchfield, and Raul Labrador. Boise area district winners include Codi Galloway, Jackie Davidson, Chuck Winder, and Joe Palmer. - A Boise man will spend more than six years in federal prison for receiving up to one-half million dollars in proceeds from his prostitution business. CBS2 news staff report Dannie Carr booked approximately 480 hotel reservations and transported women for purposes of prostitution. (Idaho News)
- Leave the car keys at home and put on your walking shoes for the future of of 8th Street has been determined. BoiseDev senior reporter Margaret Carmel writes the Boise City Council approved a redesign to to close the street to vehicle traffic and allow businesses on the street to expand their patio business.
