PRMI's Paul Anderson Certified as Long-Term Care Professional

BOISE, Idaho (Jan. 26, 2022) – Paul Anderson (NMLS # 182954), manager of the Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) Boise branch, has earned the CLTC®: Certified Long-Term Care professional designation.

With 20 years of mortgage industry experience, Anderson recently expanded his product offerings to include reverse mortgages – providing homeowners 55+ options for creating better retirements through home equity.

“I am dedicated to finding solutions so clients can achieve their goal of home ownership,” Anderson said. “Having the CLTC® designation will help me better serve the 55+ community. Home ownership has always been near to Anderson’s heart, as he grew up watching his father run a real estate firm. After earning a bachelor’s degree in business management from The University of Phoenix, he began his own career as a Realtor® and discovered he had a knack for numbers. Subsequently, transitioning to the mortgage industry was a natural fit.

A firm believer that lifelong learning has helped him to better educate and provide service to his clients, Anderson previously earned Certified Mortgage Advisor (CMA), Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) and Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) designations.

Anderson also is active in the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and Builder Contractor Association of Southwestern Idaho. Born and raised in Boise, he has lived in Eagle since 2011 and is a proud father and grandfather.
