  1. Visitors to the Boise Public Library may soon see staff other than librarians checking out books and placing items back on the shelves. Lee, Boise's Cathedral of the Rockies installed a new stained glass window of Bishop Leontine Kelly, the first African American woman elected Bishop in any denomination.
