Happy Sunday, neighbors! Here's everything you need to know about what's happening locally today.

Welcome to the Sunday edition of the Boise Daily. If you wanted to spend some time in eastern Idaho sequestered in a motel and spending days in a court room, prosecutors in the Chad Daybell case may have a deal for you. Conservative school board candidates did well this recent election and Idaho's lieutenant governor is crying foul. A Boise pizza restaurant has called it quits, but making a large donation and if you purchased a swing set from two local businesses, you may want to take a look.

  1. Prosecutors in the Chad Daybell case have no interest in spending time in Boise for a trial. In an article by Eric Grossarth published by KIVI-TV, Madison County and Freemont County prosecutors are asking a judge to transport jurors from Ada County to eastern Idaho to hear the case against Daybell.   2. Candidates claiming conservative views went five-for-five in the recent election of school boards in the Treasure Valley. IdahoEdNews Blake Jones looks how the new school board members may effect policy at your child's school. (idahoednews)
  3. The war of words continues between Idaho's top two state leaders. This time, Idaho Lt. Gov. Janice McGeachin is accusing Gov. Brad Little of leaving the state without informing her, calling the actions "lawless". In response, Little argues physical removal from state does not mean he cannot fulfill his duties.   4. If you were a lover of Firenza Pizza in downtown Boise, you are out of luck. The Boise restaurant announced it's closing according to BoiseDev's Gretchen Parsons. Owners also announced they are donating all remaining meals and inventory to those in need. (boisedev)
  5. Thousands of backyard swing sets sold at Costco and Lowe's have been recalled because of an entrapment hazard. With both stores located in Boise and the thousands of backyards, the Boise Daily decided to inform our readers of this story found on King5 News, written by Andrew Weil. (king5)
