- A Meridian man has added to his list of Guinness World Book of Records. KTVB's Shirah Matsuzawa reports Joel Strasser appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan recently to place 450 pencils in his beard, a new record. (KTVB)

- The Garden City Council will meet Monday evening. (6:00 p.m.)
- The Boise Historic Preservation Commission meetings are held in the Maryanne Jordan City Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of City Hall. Meetings start at 6:00 p.m. and are open to the public. The meeting's end time depends on the length of the agenda. (6:00 p.m.)
- The Household Hazardous Waste Collection site for Monday will be Meridian Republic Services located at 2130 W Franklin Road. (Noon)
