  1. The Chandler Police Department in Arizona has released a number of documents related to the investigation of Lori Daybell. In a story published in the East Idaho News, written by Associated Press reporter Rebecca Boone, police detail Daybell's belief she could teleport between states, a scoring system used to determine if people were good or evil, and exalted people could not be held responsible for actions while on Earth. Daybell and her husband are charged with the deaths of her two children and her husband's ex-wife. (eastidahonews)
  2. Closed since 2015, the Tamarack Golf Course may soon see people teeing up. BoiseDev editor Don Day reports a deal has been struck for purchase of the course and plans are for golfers to take to the course to reopen in 2023. (BoiseDev)
  3. If you are waiting for the snow to pile up at Bogus before a visit, you are mistaken. Fall is the time to make the trip up the mountain for a ride on the Mountain Coaster. KIDO-AM's Moug has a video of the ride down the mountain as a preview. (kidotalkradio)
  4. CBS2 news staff have the story of Chiobani bringing the holiday spirit early, donating more than 1,300 pumpkins to the Idaho Food Bank. (idahonews)
  5. Growth in the Treasure Valley has meant more vehicles on the road and more work for the Idaho Department of Transportation. KIVI-TV's Roland Beres spoke with ITD regarding some of the recent incidents involving large vehicles hitting overpasses. (KIVI)

  • Join members of the City of Boise Housing Team to share your insights and perspectives on housing in our city Tuesday evening at Kristin Armstrong Municipal Park. The event is free, but registration is required. (6 p.m.)
  • Gather at the Meriwether Taproom in Garden City every Tuesday in October for a Spooky Scary Story Hour. The lights will go out and some top-notch scary radio performances will be played. Sip a cider and get spooky. (7 p.m.)
  • The Boise Public Library has a number of events on Tuesday including Family Story Time, School Age Fun, Teen Hangout and Teen Gaming. (10:30 a.m.)
