Here are the top stories in Boise today:

  1. The problems with burglaries continue at Boise trailheads. KTVB-TV staff report Boise Police are seeking suspects in three separate burglaries of vehicles at the Polecat Loop trailhead north of Boise. The suspects smashed the windows of the vehicles before taking items out. (KTVB.com)
  2. People are once again in Boise's old Greyhound Bus Station. CBS2 staff report the station has been gutted and modified to become of Treefort. 3. The Idaho Legislature is ticking down, but still found time to introduce a late-session medical cannabis bill. The IdahoCapitalSun's Clark Corbin writes House Health and Welfare Committee Chairman John Vander Woude (R-Nampa), introduced House Bill 370, the Idaho Medical Cannabis Act. Under the new Idaho Medical Cannabis Act, patients with a significant medical condition such as cancer, AIDS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), wasting syndrome, epilepsy, debilitating seizures, Crohn’s Disease or a terminal illness would be eligible for a medical cannabis card. 4. Fans of "Breaking Bad" can meet actors Aaron Paul and Bryon Cranston in Boise this weekend. The Boise Weekly carries a story originally written by KTVB that the two will be at the bus station (see above story) on Saturday serving their new Mezcal liquor Dos Hombres. The happy hour starts at 4:40 p.m. (boiseweekly)
  5. This weekend's weather may not have spurred the urging, but camping season is almost upon us. LITE-FM's Michelle Heart provides a list of prime camping spots within a half day drive of Boise. Remember, this cold, windy weather cannot stick around forever. (107.9 LITE FM)
