The Saturday edition is ready for you bright and early. We take a look at those hearty souls who spent Thanksgiving running before their dinner. After a five-loss season the BSU football team may have limited or no chance at a bowl game. Idahoans are not happy with the path government is taking and many feel violence is warranted. Fewer students are choosing BYU-Idaho and a local petting zoo is preparing to reopen after an inspection found no problems.

- If you, family or friends spent Thanksgiving running in the Boise Turkey Day 5K, take a look at KIDO-AM radio. Kevin Miller has pictures of the event and the numerous Boise residents spending some time on the course before partaking of the family dinner. (kidotalkradio)

- A new survey found an overwhelming majority of Idahoans believe the U.S. is heading down the wrong track. The Idaho Capital Sun's Clark Corbin looks at new research released this month by the Frank Church Institute at Boise State University. (idahocapitalsun)
- Fewer students are choosing to attend BYU-Idaho according to the most recent enrollment numbers. Kevin Richert and the Idaho Education News reports enrollment declined by over 1,300 students. (idahoednews)
- After a group of former employees spoke out, a local petting zoo faced an investigation by the Idaho State Department of Agriculture, The Idaho State Department of Fish and Game and Gem County Sheriff’s Deputies.
