Here are the top stories in Boise today:

  1. Day two of the Lori Vallow Daybell trial happened Tuesday. EastIdahoNews reporter Nate Eaton again provided live updates throughout the day of potential jurors brought in for individual questioning. A number of those were excused after claiming financial hardship or problems with child care. Potential jurors are asked if they work online and also if they are fans of true crime shows. (eastidahonews)
  2. The rumors are true. Guy Fieri and his '68 Camaro were in Boise and making stops are local restaurants. KIDO-AM's Michelle Heart releases the Boise restaurants soon to appear on television on Fieri's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives." (KIDO Talk Radio)
  3. This is probably not a record we need to celebrate. CBS2 reporter Vasili Varlamos writes Tuesday marked the most consecutive days for the city where the temperature failed to reach 60 degrees, a new record since 1899. Here is to seeing this record go by the wayside and seeing the sunshine down. (Idaho News)
  4. Students eat and the bill continues to pile up. KTVB-TV staff report the Scentsy Family Foundation donated $32,000 to the West Ada School District to go towards uncollected student lunch balances for the 2022-23 school year. The district announced earlier the balance stood at approximately $100,000 for the year and requested donations. (KTVB.com)
  5. Boise has much coming up including the return of First Thursdays and Earth Day on April 6. Boise Patch brings followers everything the city is doing through the city's weekly ‘In the Know’ e-newsletter. (Boise Patch)
