ISP K-9s certified in new scent as ongoing effort to fight fentanyl (rexburgstandardjournal.com) β€” Idaho Falls residents should know Idaho State Police K-9s statewide are now fully certified to detect fentanyl, adding to their existing drug-detection abilities. The enhanced training, supported by handlers carrying Narcan for people and dogs, aims to better intercept dangerous opioids and protect communities across Idaho, including eastern Idaho.

Idaho Farm Bureau elects Dorsey president (capitalpress.com) β€” An Idaho Falls farmer, Doug Barrie, has been elected vice president of the Idaho Farm Bureau Federation, giving local agriculture a stronger voice in statewide decisions.
