Aurora police conducted K-9 training in the same area two days ago.
AURORA, IL — The Aurora Police Department Special Response Team will conduct training exercises Wednesday at vacant houses in the 1600 block of Grove Street.
The training is scheduled for 2-10 p.m. Residents should expect a police presence with specialized vehicles and equipment in the area, officials said in an alert.
Signs will be posted in the area "making it clear this is a training exercise," according to police. The same area was used Monday for K-9 training.
