Aurora Driver Facing DUI Charges Had Child In Car
Kane County prosecutors believe the intoxicated driver hit a parked vehicle just before midnight on Saturday, March 28.

AURORA, IL — A 33-year-old woman from Aurora is facing four counts of aggravated DUI after being stopped over the weekend with a child in the car.
According to Kane County prosecutors, Manzo hit a parked vehicle with her Nissan Pathfinder just before midnight on Saturday, March 28. The collision happened in Aurora by the intersection of Claim and Union Streets.
When pulled over, police found that Manzo's license was suspended, she had no insurance and there was a young child in the car. A press release by the Kane County State's Attorney Joe McMahon said Manzo showed multiple signs of intoxication.

Manzo appeared in Kane County bond court the next day and was released from custody on a $25,000 bail and a promise to appear in court. She is not allowed to drive or drink alcohol as a condition to her bond, and her next court appearance is set for 9 a.m. on May 20, 2020 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
