AURORA, IL — Alejandro Gamboa, 23 of the 600 block of East Downer Place was charged with sexual exploitation of a child at 4:37 a.m. Thursday, May 18, according to police. The charges stem from a 2013 police report.

Emmanuel Velasco-Pedraza, 29, of the 600 block of Spruce Street, was charged with aggravated battery at 6:42 p.m. Thursday, May 18, at his home, according to the police.
