Aurora Youth Curfew Hours
There are exceptions in this ordinance to allow for work, school activities and church events.

AURORA, IL - It's school summer vacation season and the Aurora Police Department posted a reminder for the youth curfew. For ages 15 and under the curfew is 10 p.m. every night; for those ages 16 and 17, it is 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday.
If the curfew is violated, an arrest will be made and the minor will be photographed and fingerprinted. The guardian or parent will then be called to pick up the minor, according to the police.
The police warned that the minor may also have to appear in local court. However, there are exceptions in this curfew to allow for work, school activities and church events. Further charges against the parent or guardian are also possible, police said.
