Black Friday At Chicago Premium Outlets: Significant Traffic Expected
Several road closures went into effect at 4 a.m. Friday to accommodate the surplus of people shopping Black Friday deals.

AURORA, IL — Black Friday has arrived, and that means Aurora's north side is more packed than usual as shoppers flock to the Chicago Premium Outlets.
The outlet mall, located off the Farnsworth Avenue exit on I-88, opened its doors at 6 a.m. Friday and will operate until 9 p.m.
Aurora police are anticipating significant traffic delays because of the shopping holiday. To help the flow of traffic, the following roads closed at 4 a.m. and will remain blocked until 7 p.m. Friday.

- Corporate Boulevard between Farnsworth Avenue and Church Road
- Eastbound Bilter Road between Church and Farnsworth avenues
Temporary closures may go into effect on southbound Farnsworth Avenue between Butterfield and Bilter roads and on eastbound Bilter Road from Farnsworth Avenue. Officials recommend anyone not driving to the Chicago Premium Outlets on Friday to seek alternate routes.

The mall will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
