Nicor Gas, Illinois State Representative Barbara Hernandez, the City of Aurora and other dedicated collaborating organizations facilitated the distribution of food and other essential resources to customers in Aurora last week. Nearly 300 customers and their families benefited from the support provided.

The event welcomed Meridian Health Services as a new community collaborator. Their involvement in this event marks their first collaboration with Nicor Gas and their participation highlights the importance of building a strong network of partners who are committed to enhancing the well-being of our community.
Representatives from the American Red Cros, The Illinois Department of Veterans' Affairs and The Salvation were also present, offering attendees valuable information about additional services and support available to them. Their contributions enriched the event and provided attendees with access to a broader range of resources.

As the temperatures continue to drop, Nicor Gas’ commitment to supporting our communities remains. We are dedicated to ensuring that individuals and families stay connected with the critical services they need during challenging times.
