Rosary College Prep presents ALL SHOOK UP November 13-16

Get ready to rock with ALL SHOOK UP School Edition November 13-16 at Rosary College Prep, 901 N. Edgelawn Drive in Aurora!

ALL SHOOK UP is a hilarious and heartfelt musical loosely based on Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. The setting is 1955, and into a square little town rides a guitar-playing young man who changes everything and everyone he meets.

Featuring mega hits from the beloved Elvis® catalogue, this musical fantasy will have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as Heartbreak Hotel, Hound Dog, Jailhouse Rock, and Don’t Be Cruel.

The production team includes Ali Kordelewski, director; Rosary teacher Ian McGarrie, vocal director; Megan Carron, orchestra director/producer; Rosary alumna Julie (Abner ’00) Donahue, choreographer; and Rosary alumna Becky (Arbizzani '92) Barr, technical director.

The cast, crew, and pit orchestra includes 50 students from Rosary College Prep and Marmion Academy in Aurora. Music is provided by select members of the Marmion-Rosary Band and some local musicians.

Show dates are Thursday, November 13 at 6 pm, Friday, November 14 at 7 pm, Saturday, November 15 at 7 pm, and Sunday, November 16 at 2 pm. Show tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students, children and senior citizens.

Adults (21+) are welcome to visit Sylvia's Honky Tonk before the show and during intermission for wine, beer, and specialty cocktails. This is a fundraiser sponsored by the Rosary Fine Arts Boosters.
