Cocktails In The Park Returns As Batavia MainStreet Fundraiser

The cocktail-centric event is the largest fundraiser for its nonprofit organizer, Batavia MainStreet.

BATAVIA, IL — Cocktails in the Park is returning once again on July 27 to Appleton Park.

Showcasing local restaurants, the event will take place from 7-10 p.m. and feature live music, appetizers and cocktails.

Cocktails in the Park also serves as the largest fundraiser for its nonprofit organizer, Batavia MainStreet. The team of volunteers works to "keep the local economy vibrant," helps with promotions, and operates the farmers market, Artisan Collective and Boardwalk Shops.

The following restaurants are slated to participate:

  • Fancy Nancy Boards
  • The GOAT Burger and Cocktail Bar
  • New Moon Vegan
  • Haylie B's Bakery
  • Thai Village
  • Pal Joey's
  • Windmill Grille
  • Thorabella's
  • Subway
  • Sidecar Supper Club

Entry tickets go on sale June 1 for $40. If tickets remain after noon on July 26, they'll be sold at the door for $50. Each includes small plates from participating downtown restaurants and a collectible whiskey glass, while supplies last.

Groups going together will have the option to buy a Picnic Table Package for $350. It includes a reserved picnic table, six admission tickets, six drink tickets and a dedicated cocktail server.

Drink and raffle tickets will also be for sale online and at the event. One ticket costs $7 and 10 cost $60.
