How Kids Can Get $3 Movie Tickets At Emagine Batavia

The movie theater is bringing back its annual Winter Kids Film Series this January.

BATAVIA, IL — Emagine in Batavia will return with its annual Winter Kids Film Series from Jan. 31 to March 20, according to its parent company, Emagine Entertainment.

The series will bring family-friendly movies to the theater for $3 per ticket, allowing children and family members to experience beloved movies for a fraction of the usual cost of evening admission.

"Magic-pack concessions," which include popcorn and a small drink, will cost $5. Tickets to each movie will be for sale on the Tuesday of the week of the showing, Emagine representatives said.

Here's a look at the schedule for the fest:

  • Jan. 31 to Feb. 6: "Flintstones" (1994)
  • Feb. 7-13: "Cat in the Hat" (2003)
  • Feb. 14-20: "Babe" (1995)
  • Feb. 21-27 "Babe: Pig in the City" (1998)
  • Feb. 28 to March 6: "Beethoven" (1992)
  • March 7-13: "The Great Muppet Caper" (1981)
  • March 14-20: "Hop" (2011)

Showtimes can be found and tickets can be purchased on Emagine's website. The Batavia movie theater is located at 550 N. Randall Road.
