Find Out What Resources Are Available To Veterans Wednesday At The Vineyard
In response to recent cuts in veterans services, the 19th Ward is hosting a Veterans Resource Fair Wednesday, May 14, at The Vineyard.
CHICAGO — In response to recent reductions in services to veterans due to governmental budget cuts, the 19th Ward will host a Veterans Resource Fair Wednesday, May 14. The fair runs from 4 to 7 p.m. at The Vineyard, 2121 W. 95th St., Chicago.
The 19th Ward is teaming up with Rosecrance Behavioral Health and the Road Home Program at Rush. Attendees can expect to find a wide range of resources available to the veteran community, including Honor Flight Chicago, the Wounded Warrior Project, Project Headspace and Timing, Illinois Joining Forces and more.
Other organizations feature the Cook County Clerk, the Cook County Assessors Office, and Jesse Brown Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
