CHICAGO – The much anticipated Beverly/Morgan Park Home Tour invites curious visitors to step inside five of the community’s most beautiful private residences and a historic church. Find out the enchanting true history of each home from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 19, when the Beverly Area Planning Association hosts the Beverly/Morgan Park Home Tour.

At the houses, visitors will enjoy Home Tour hospitality, tastings from local businesses, decorating ideas, neighborhood history, and more.

News about current decorating trends shows that choices for home interiors are being
influenced by nostalgia and a renewed interest in restoring unique character and color in living
spaces. The Beverly/Morgan Park Home Tour will offer myriad ideas for this trend. One of the Home Tour sites is a Chicago Landmark designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, and another is a Victorian built in 1878 for a man who had ties to the creation of the University of Chicago.
