Pot-Smoking-Toddler Video Found on Facebook
Now Chicago police are looking for the toddler and the mystery man who put the video on social media.
A video of a pot-smoking, diapered toddler puffing a blunt, marijuana rolled inside a cigar, recently appeared on Facebook, and now Chicago police are trying to find the man who posted the unconscionable scene.
A community activist, Andrew Holmes, brought the video to attention of police on Wednesday after a woman showed the clip to him. A man can be heard on the video telling the child “inhale” and “smoke man” and finally, “let me hit that,” before the video ends.
“This child needs help ASAP,” Holmes said.

Holmes told WGN that a woman brought the video to him because she didn’t want to go to police herself. It’s not clear where the video was made. The Area South Special Victims Unit is investigating.
The video was “liked” on Facebook more than 500 times.
