Shout Out Your Recent Grad In Beverly, Mt. Greenwood, Morgan Park
We've created a platform to honor the Class of 2020 alums in the 19th Ward.
CHICAGO — Our callout to honor college, high school and eighth grade graduates in Beverly, Mount Greenwood and Morgan Park last month only got one response, so hopefully more people will see this and publicly give the recent college, high school and/or eighth grade grad in their family the recognition they deserve.
The class of 2020 is one-of-a-kind, as they found a way to get things done in the year of the coronavirus. Although graduation, prom and other popular senior class events did not go on in the traditional form, the year will be a memorable one for all for sure.
So we're looking to honor all the members of the Class of 2020 who come from 19th Ward neighborhoods. Public schools and private. Give a word of recognition to your Crusader, Mighty Mac and RedHawk alums. Send us your Mustangs (St. Rita and Morgan Park High School), Caravan and Ag School grads too. Morgan Park Academy too. We'll take college grads from Saint Xavier University and elsewhere as well, and eighth grade finishers from neighborhood Catholic and Chicago Public Schools too.
