Vehicle Fire Blocks Lanes Of Eastbound I-90 Monday Morning
Officials said delays should be expected all throughout Des Plaines as troopers work to clear a vehicle fire on eastbound Interstate 90.
DES PLAINES, IL — Traffic officials are telling drivers to expect major delays Monday morning due to a vehicle fire on Interstate 90, state police said.
The delays span throughout Des Plaines and began near Elmhurst Road at around 8:30 a.m. Troopers have closed one of four lanes on the eastbound tollway, police said.
Officials were not able to give an estimate on when all lanes would be open Monday morning.
