44 District 58 Employees Get Green Apple Award

Downers Grove, IL - The Education Foundation of Downers Grove District 58 thanks everyone who made a donation to the Green Apple Teacher/Staff Recognition Program this past fall and holiday season.

Thanks to your generosity, nearly $1,800 was raised in honor of 44 employees between November 2015 and January 2016. This funding will directly support District 58 students and staff through the Education Foundation’s annual teacher grants program, which funds innovative programs in the classroom. The Education Foundation created special Green Apple Award cards for each award recipient, which included a personal message from the giver. Superintendent Dr. Kari Cremascoli and/or building principals personally delivered the Green Apple Awards to the teachers and staff members.
