Downers Grove Chamber to Host 'Taste of 630' on Thursday
More than a dozen restaurants from Downers Grove, Westmont and the surrounding area will offer samplings at Yorktown Mall on Thursday.
The Downers Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry is hosting a special event Thursday to give residents a taste of the area's best restaurants.
The "Taste of 630" will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Yorktown Mall, 230 Yorktown Center. The event will be held in the lower corridor near Lucky Strike and HomeGoods.
"Taste of 630" will offer food and beverage samplings from 27 restaurants from Downers Grove, Westmont, Lombard and the surrounding area—including Cooper's Hawk, Uncle Bub's, Pinstripes, Lemon Tree Grocer and the Baked Apple Breakfast Co.

Gift certificates will be given away every 15 minutes.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Kids ages 3 and under may enter for free.
