Rideshare Driver Sexually Abused On I-88 Near Downers Grove: Police
An Aurora man is accused of sexually abusing his female rideshare driver on I-88 near I-355.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — An Aurora man faces felony charges after state police say he sexually abused a female rideshare driver on I-88 near Downers Grove.
Chenna R. Borra, 30, has been charged with aggravated sexual battery and criminal sexual abuse in connection with the Sept. 18 incident.
Illinois State Police said the woman was Borra on I-88 near I-355 when he began to make sexual advances towards her. Police say the driver dropped Borra off in the Village of Schaumburg and immediately went to Schaumburg Police. Schaumburg Police detained Borra until state police arrived to conduct their investigation.

The DuPage County State's Attorney approved the felony charges against Borra, along with a misdemeanor simple battery charge. He was taken to the DuPage County jail to await a detention hearing, state police said.
