Village of Downers Grove to Host Storm Water Workshop for Businesses
The free event will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Lincoln Center auditorium.

The village of Downers Grove, in cooperation with the Naperville-based Conservation Foundation, will host a free workshop Wednesday to educate businesses and non-profits on water conservation strategies and storm water management.
The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Lincoln Center auditorium, 935 Maple Ave.
Participating vendors will be on hand to provide services and answer questions related to the village's Stormwater Utility Credit Program, such as water quality and how to reduce a site's run-off rate and volume.

From 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., presentations will be made on the following topics:
- Storm Water Utility Credit Program, village of Downers Grove;
- Village storm water credits, Engineering Resource Associates;
- Strategies for storm water management and water conservation, the Conservation Foundation.
