40-year family-owned Brittain’s Express Oil & Lube begins major building improvements

Brittain’s Express Oil and Lube, a trusted name in auto care since 1986, announced today that it has temporarily closed its shop for renovations. The closure is expected to last several weeks as the facility undergoes major updates to better serve its customers.

Owner John Brittain shared the reason behind the project:

" Starting next Monday, we will be closed for a few weeks to do a renovation project at the Larkin Avenue shop. My dad Randy started the business in December 1986, and over the years the building has started to show its age. We’ll be completing steel work, concrete work, and painting to refresh and strengthen our shop."

Brittain emphasized the company’s commitment to its customers and community:

"We love our customers and community and want to keep things nice for them while they visit. Customers can check on our website and social media for updates and images of the renovation work. We will be sharing everything that’s happening throughout the renovation process."
