South Elgin Man Accused Of Molesting, Restraining Employee
According to police, the man reportedly called the employee over to a bed and asked her to hold hands, before attacking her.
SOUTH ELGIN, IL — A South Elgin Man accused of molesting a health care worker is facing felony criminal sexual abuse and unlawful restraint charges, the Daily Herald reported according to South Elgin police. Kane County prosecutors approved the charges against 53-year-old Joseph P. Williams, of the 700 block of West Kane St., who was arrested after an attack involving an employee at Tower Hill Healthcare was reported at 12:22 a.m. Wednesday, the Daily Herald reported, according to police.
According to South Elgin police, Williams reportedly called the employee over to a bed and asked her to hold hands, before grabbing and holding her against her will. The Daily Herald reported that Williams is accused of touching "intimate areas" of the woman's body, according to police.
