2 Elmhurst Restaurants Burglarized; Money Stolen: Cops
The glass front door of each business was shattered late at night, police said.

ELMHURST, IL – Two restaurants in the same Elmhurst strip mall were burglarized shortly after midnight Sunday in the 600 block of West North Avenue, police said.
The restaurants were Starbucks and Jimmy John's, with the glass front door of each business shattered, police said. Money and a cash register were reported stolen at Jimmy John's. Officers responded to a burglar alarm.
The suspects left in a black Nissan Pathfinder SUV, police said.
