T’ai Chi for Health is a gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise routine that is a joy to practice.

Energizing and deeply relaxing, it brings health and vitality to all. The gentle rocking motions and stretching movements improve circulation and digestion and reduce physical tension.
The exercises are very effective and easy to learn. Students may choose to sit or stand as needed, making this class suitable for all ages and abilities.

This class is offered at The Abbey for ages 50 and older on Wednesdays, March 2-April 13 from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Fee is $55 for Abbey Members and $60 for non-members. For more information or to register, call The Abbey at (630) 993-8193.
