On Monday, Nov. 11, the fourth edition of the Jeopardy! Teachers Tournament gets underway, and Sandburg Middle School band teacher Ricardo Vazquez is one of the contestants vying for $100,000.
Did he win it all or was he knocked out early? Did he wear one of his crazy "Thursday" shirts? Did he give a shout out to Elmhurst folks back home? What does this look on Alex Trebek's face mean?

So far, only Mr. Vazquez knows—and he's been keeping it a secret since the shows were filmed last month. But that's all about to change.
The Teachers Tournament will run at 2:30 p.m. weekdays, Nov. 11-22, on WLS-TV. Vazquez also will be hosting a viewing party to watch a replay of the show at 4 p.m. Monday at Anyway's, 5 E. Roosevelt Road, Oakbrook Terrace.

See who walks away with $100,000 and earns a spot in the Tournament of Champions. Win or lose, each teacher will receive a minimum of $5,000 and a Classroom Jeopardy! unit for their school, according to the Jeopardy! website.
