Man Strikes Downtown Elmhurst Pedestrian: Cops
The suspect was charged with aggravated battery, among other offenses, police said.
ELMHURST, IL – A Villa Park man was accused of battering someone out for a walk in downtown Elmhurst last week, police said.
The incident was reported about 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Second Street and Addison Avenue, police said.
Martique D. Barksdale, 43, of Villa Park, was arrested on charges of aggravated battery in a public place, criminal property damage and disorderly conduct, police said.
