Elmhurst, IL - Police carrying out a search warrant Feb. 18 arrested a man for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, among other charges.Fabian S. Dawkins, 22 of the 400 block of S. Spring Road, was arrested at his home around 11:13 a.m. Feb. 18, according to Elmhurst police.Dawkins was charged with state charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, police reported.He was taken to DuPage County Jail on these charges and also on two felony failure to appear warrants, police reported.Photo via Elmhurst police.
