Elmhurst, IL - A suspicious person knocked on the door of a home around 1:30 p.m. Feb. 13 in the 900 block of S. Cedar.The man at the door said he was from Amazon, but he didn't show identification or a uniform, according to Elmhurst police.The man asked about when the resident was home and if there were any animals on the property. The resident later called Amazon, and representatives said they don't send people out to customer's homes to ask questions.The man was driving a white Chevrolet Express van, police reported.
