2 Vehicle Burglaries On Same Night, Mile Apart: Frankfort Police

Arrests made, citations given and reports received by Frankfort police from Oct. 25-31.

The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Burglaries to Vehicles

Items were reported stolen Oct. 25 from two unlocked vehicles about a mile from one another. The first report was at around 2 a.m. concerning a vehicle in the 8200 block of Callista Drive. The second report was at about 7:40 a.m. from the 8700 block of Stone Creek Boulevard.

Also at 2 a.m. Oct. 25, police received a report of a vehicle break-in the 8300 block of Callista. No items were taken in that case.

Police received another report of items stolen from an unlocked vehicle at about 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28 in the 20300 block of Port Washington Court.

Suspended License, Speeding, No Insurance

Jermaine K. Humes, 32, of the 1300 block of West Lunt Avenue, Chicago, was cited for speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance following a traffic stop at about 11 p.m. Oct. 25 near Lincoln Highway and 95th Avenue. His next court date is Dec. 5.

Speeding and Suspended License

Leron R. Williams, 19, of the 5700 block of Hillside Place, Tinley Park, was cited for speeding and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at about 10:50 a.m. Dec. 30 near Elm Street and West Lincoln Highway. His next court date is Dec. 1.

Outstanding Warrant

Shannon M. Hennessy, 38, of the 400 block of Ohio Road, was arrested at her home on an outstanding Will County warrant at about 3:45 p.m. Dec. 30. Her next court date is Dec. 6.
