Felony Retail Theft Charge For Joliet Man: Police Blotter
Arrests made, citations given and reports received by Frankfort police from Nov. 29 to Dec. 12.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department unless otherwise noted. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Possession of Controlled Substance
Brian J. Frainey, 28, of the 86oo block of Saddlebred Court, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance following an arrest at around 5:58 p.m. Dec 1 in the 9500 block of Lincoln Highway. He was taken to Will County Jail and was orded held without bail, according to the Will County sheriff's office.
Reckless Driving
Joseph Florez, 20, of the 100 block of West Fourth Street, Manteno, was cited for reckless driving and aggravated speeding following a traffic stop at around 11:10 p.m. Dec. 1 near Pfeiffer Road and Route 30.

Outstanding Warrant
Matthew A. Quick, 23, of the 8200 block of South Newland Avenue, Burbank, was taken into custody at around 3:55 p.m. Dec. 2 near Route 30 and LaGrange Road stemming from an outstanding warrant related to a previous possession of a controlled substance arrest in June. He is currently being held without bail.
Driving Under the Influence
Donald J. Mazin, 42, of the 19900 block of Center Street, was cited for driving under the influence, driving without insurance, improper lane use and failure to signal during a traffic stop at around 7:15 p.m. Dec. 3. He was released on bail, and his next court date is set for Jan. 4.

Retail Theft
Michael P. Onderisin, 38, of the 22300 block of South Gawain Drive, Joliet, was arrested and charged with felony retail theft, misdemeanor obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at around 12:15 p.m. Dec. 4 in the 20100 block LaGrange Road. Onderisin also was cited for driving with improper registration, driving with a cancelled driver's license and diriving without insurance, as well as being served an outstanding warrant in the incident. He is being held on $7,750 bond, according to the Will County Sheriff's Office.
Outstanding Warrant
Daniel R. Stine, 34, of the 1700 block of North Hermitage Avenue, was taken into custody at around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, in the 20600 block of Lincolnway Lane stemming from an outstanding Kankakee County warrant. His next court date is Jan. 13.
