Mokena Man Ticketed For Underage Alcohol Possession: Cops

Arrests made, citations given and reports received by Frankfort police from Nov. 15-21.

FRANKFORT, IL — The following information is from the Frankfort Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving With Suspended License

Dore E. DeBartolo, 37, of the 8500 block of Stone Creek Boulevard, was cited for failing to yield at an intersection and driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop at around 4:35 p.m. Nov. 16 at the intersection of Pfeiffer and Laraway roads. DeBartolo's next court date is Dec. 5.

DUI, Driving Without Insurance

Jennifer C. Ervin, 42, of the 20000 South Graceland Lane, was cited for driving under the influence, improper lane use and driving without insurance during a traffic stop at about 3 a.m. Nov. 18 at the intersection of West St. Francis Road and 88th Avenue. Her next court date is Dec. 5.

Driving Without Insurance

Jimmy Bisgrove, 42, of the 200 block of William Street, New Lenox, was cited for failing to dim headlights, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop at around 11 p.m. Nov. 18 at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Locust Street. His next court date is Dec. 5.

Underage Alcohol Possession

Stephen C. Kerins, 18, of the 20200 block of Woodland Circle South, Mokena, was cited for disobeying a traffic control device, speeding and driving with a suspended license during a traffic stop at around 1:20 a.m. Nov. 20 at the intersection of Lincoln Highway and Owens Road. He also was ticketed for underage possession of alcohol during the stop. Kerins's court date is Dec. 6.
