New Starbucks In Frankfort Opens

The coffee shop moved locations in the Frankfort Town Center to the former Burger King storefront.

FRANKFORT, IL — Village residents who have been missing their dose of Starbucks will no longer need to go without their caffè lattes and caramel macchiatos. The coffee shop recently changed locations in Frankfort Town Center, moving slightly north from 20891 S. Lagrange Road to the former Burger King storefront at 693 N. LaGrange Road. The new, larger Starbucks location opens Friday.

While Starbucks might be in a new place, it will still keep its old hours. The coffee shop will be open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. And like the former location, the new Starbucks shop will include outdoor seating. The spot also will have a drive-through window, something the old location didn't have.

Although Starbucks will be open for business beginning Friday, Dec. 1, an official grand opening won't happen until January. An exact date for that event hasn't been set yet.
