Pavement Marking Project Coming Up In Geneva
The Kane County pavement marking program will cover 236 miles of county highways.
GENEVA, IL — The annual pavement marking program will begin the week of Aug. 4 in Kane County, officials said.
Crews will install painted pavement marking on 236 miles of county highways, including several in Geneva:
- Keslinger Road
- Peck Road
- Kaneville Road west of Peck Road
- Fabyan Parkway west of Randall Road
Construction will start at the north end of Kane County and progress south.

Daily lane closures will be required from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday for the length of the project, which is expected to run through late September. Crews will use temporary flagger controls at intersections when needed.
