A Puppy Ready to Go-Go!
Glen Ellyn and Wheaton Patch share pets waiting for homes at shelters and rescue groups around the area.

Every week we bring you pets looking for homes at area rescue groups. This week the pets are from DuPage County Animal Care and Control.
Go Go
Go Go is a 10-12 month old female Pit Bull. She came to DuPage County Animal Care and Control as a stray. Go Go got her name because she is always on the go! She has a ton of energy and loves people. She currently is in our STAR training program and is learning some basic obedience. Go Go is really smart and will work for a treat! She does however get distracted and will need someone who is ready to help her stay on task. Go Go has had her first try at agility and was not intimidated at all.....in fact she found it VERY exciting! She is a dog that will need to be worked with, but we know that the work will pay off! Go Go does require a single dog household. So if you are an active person and are ready for a fun dog, hurry in to DCACC! She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and all ready to Go Go to her forever home!
Adoption fees at DuPage County Animal Care and Control are $100 for dogs. Cat adoption fees are $50. Adoption fees include the fee for the pet, the shots, microchip and registration. Other animals are available at the shelter, including rabbits and guinea pigs.
