COD Students Offer Free Tax Help For Residents In, Around Glen Ellyn
See where you can get free tax help courtesy of College of DuPage students who are certified by the Internal Revenue Service.
GLEN ELLYN, IL — Now that tax time has rolled around again, students from College of DuPage are volunteering to offer free tax filing help to residents in and around Glen Ellyn. The free service will be available at several events in the area leading up to April 15.
During the events, accounting instructors and students from College of DuPage work together to prepare tax forms for those in attendance. The following forms can be completed at the events by students who are registered by the Internal Revenue Service:
- Federal 1040 forms
- Schedules A, B and C forms
- Small schedule D form
- State returns
Attendees should bring the following items to the free events:

Here's when and where you can take advantage of College of DuPage's free tax filing assistance:
College of DuPage Main Campus: Feb 4 through April 15 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Park View Elementary School: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
College of DuPage Carol Stream Center: March 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
College of DuPage Westmont Center: March 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
